Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write back to you. I have always gotten excellent service from Ponte's and I am very grateful for all that you have done for me. I know when I have a problem no matter if it is big or small I can count on you for welcoming me and for excellent service. I have recommended you to many people over the years. Everyone I know knows I love Ponte's. P,S. I made sure I clicked on the #5 Star which I had intended in the first review. For some reason only half the star is filled in with black when I click on it. Is that the way it is supposed to look?

Arrived at closing time after finally getting my car started after being stranded at work and the manager was friendly and helpful and didn't mind having to stay a little late to get my car and information logged into their system.
