Service was completed in a timely manner. Communication about required service was very good. As always, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Stopped going to the dealer for service a couple years ago because the told me my car "mechanically totalled" and I needed to trade it in. Got a second opinion from Ponte's and they couldn't find any problems, the car is fine, just older. Have been going there ever since. No problems. Top notch service every time.

You pretty much know cost of repairs which I believe are quite fair. They back up their warranties and pleasant group of folks.

I never need to tell them what needs to be done unless I am having a particular issue. They know all the routine procedures and times to be done as well as telling me when something extra needs taking care off. Less things I have to remember. Luv it.
