Deana said she has been going to this business for more than 20 years. She has been knowing the owners for so long she can just call in and tell them what she needs and they'll tell her to come by. She stated her whole family has used them. She also said this is a great facility and they are always friendly.

Yet, his vehicle went in the next day, following into the third day, which took a day longer than he was told originally. He said it's not a big deal, but that wasn't what he was anticipating on originally.
