Terrific friendly service team. They provide painless vehicle service on my wifes 2013 Kia. Schedule routine maintenance appointment on line. Drop the vehicle off at the beginning of the day and pick it up at the end of the day. All work done as asked and multi-point safety check was performed. There is no question that I will return at the next service date.

They keep me up to date on all my car's needs but never any attempt to sell me superfluous services. At ten years old, my VW, on which Ponte's has done all of the post-warranty work, is running like a Swiss watch.

The battery on my car died. Chris and Mark arranged a tow, checked all mechanisms, installed the battery-----all in short order. That was great for me, since we have only one car.
