My truck runs beautiful now. I work in the area and was having some trouble with my truck, and some of my customers mentioned to me to take it to Ponte. I 'm glad I did, I called and made an appointment and was happy to hear they had a drop box. Mark who answered that call was very professional. I told him what I thought the problem was maybe my brakes and rotors. I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars. GLAD to find out that was not the problem, my wheels just needed to be tighten. Not only did they fix a problem caused by another mechanics from a different dealer who had my car a week before this. I paid under $40.00. That says Honest and Trust. That is how you build a customer service base. Thanks and you have a new customer.

This auto shop was found by me by surprise i purchased a 1970 chevy they specialized in this vehicle so far i had good service and next day appointments , friendly advise about vehicle repairs , this is clean shop with 4 great mechanics to serve you !
