Our Toyota Sienna had oil cooler hoses leaking. Not knowing what problem was, called Ponte's to advise we'd bring it in next morning. Chris/ Mark quickly handled our check-in and called to advise in early afternoon that we had oil cooler hoses leaking and perhaps we should check w/ our Toyota dealership as problem might be covered w/ extended warranty. Sure enough, dealership we've dealt with on personal basis (after purchasing five Toyotas over the years) advised service work over $400 would be covered. We got the car to dealership for the fix. Ponte's honesty, once again, well appreciated. Jim Ponte & team do a great job for their customers!

Albert said they were attentive, informative and thorough. They were straightforward and professional. He plans on going back regarding the alignment, because he would like them to reassess the alignment. He has not been able to get back but he will.

My AC didn't work. The technician did a careful evaluation and diagnosed a faulty relay which was correct and SAVED ME $$$. They are trust worthy and skilled at what they do. I highly recommend them.
