Courteous, prompt, and good work. I expect an oil change to lead to the identification of issues that need to be taken care of, and that occurred this time, but the issues were handled expeditiously with appropriate follow up.
New to the area so have only been in for oil changes and minor things, but the guys are always upfront about everything and very knowledgeable. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Picked Ponte's initially from a Google search because it's close to work, but I doubt I'll ever take my car anywhere else.
