Just had an oil change, but Pontes also conducted their inspection, they found nothing more needed to be done, which made me happy. Seeing my car is a 1999 Q30I. I also purchased their discount card for myself and a daughter. This makes it more cost saving for us both. Thank you to ALL at Pontes. Stay safe and keep healthy

I am a new customer who was very impressed with the professional service we received on my wife's car a few weeks back. I expected this level of service again when I had my car in for an oil change and a general thorough vehicle inspection this week and was not disappointed. Their written review of the car's condition was thorough, detailed, and honest. They found nothing needed replacement for at least for another 10K miles. When I went to pick up the car they spent a generous amount of time going over the inspection with me.

Pontes has been my car service center for the last 11 years. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy and respectful (important features for a single woman moving to a new area.} They provide service that is needed with evaluations of systems that might be needed next time. They were recommended by my neighbors when I moved to DE. and it was/is some of the best advice I've received living in my new zip code!

I can not speak highly enough of John. I called to get an estimate for work that I know I need done on my Jeep. I was told an amount for the cost of the work by Jeep dealership, thought it seemed a bit high. John took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, looked up the cost of parts & figured out the cost, which turned out to be similar in cost as the dealership. He was also very straight forward in explaining why he recommends that the work be completed at the Jeep dealership vs his shop. We also reviewed the possibility of selling or trading my Jeep in & what make & models he recommends as good quality vehicles. Also gave me recommendations as to where to have my Jeep appraised. He absolutely went above & beyond what was asked of him & I can't thank him enough for taking the time to be so thorough, kind & honest.

Always accommodating, always honest and they always recognize me as a regular customer, which I value, because there are 20 other places that I could go for service.. AND they actually call you when the work is complete and your vehicle is ready for pick up! Also, I really appreciate the email reminders for maintenance and the ease with which I can schedule an appointment. Local and community minded, Ponte's is my go to!

The repairs that had to be done on my car, I feel that they were quick and complete. You worked with me to keep the cost down. The next day I took my car to the DMV to get it inspected, and it went right through. If I have anymore problems with my car in the future, I will always come back to you.
